Saturday, July 23, starts with live music at 11:00 AM and again at 4:00 PM. The first Jeep drawdown begins around noon, Cove time.  Only 600 tickets were sold so consider your chances capped.

If you’re unfamiliar with how a drawdown works, a limited number of numbered tickets are sold to participants. A wheel or bingo-style apparatus eliminates each participant one by one until there are only ten participants left with a chance to win. Then the fun begins as those left start negotiating to buy or sell their potentially winning ticket to stay in the game.

It becomes pressure-packed as the last two or three people still in the game have to make decisions to split the winnings together or sell out. At stake, are two 2022 Jeep Wranglers, which start at around $30,000 each. Last year’s drawdown raised over $100,000.

Rachel Mueller founded High Hopes 4 Autism after her daughter was diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Each child’s program is based on their individual needs, utilizing scientifically effective procedures and programs. Children work on a variety of skills including classroom, social, cooperation, motor and vocal imitation, requesting, labeling, and communication.

High Hopes 4 Autism is located on the campus of St. Benedicts Catholic School in Elberta, AL. This partnership enables them to teach their clients social skills in a naturally occurring traditional school environment.

Be sure to come to Pirates Cove to enjoy a good time, great music, and a worthwhile cause! For more information about donating, click here.
