Jubilee Java, Fairhope

A few months back, I was driving from the Weeks Bay area into Fairhope for an afternoon coffee break and noticed a new spot, Jubilee Java, had opened up along Greeno Road. Looking to shave a few minutes off my drive, I decided to give it a shot and went inside. This turned out to be a great decision as the staff was extremely nice and served me a delicious cappuccino.

Jubilee Java has become my go-to shop for an afternoon pick-me-up when I am in the area. The owner always greets you with a smile and makes it a point to remember your name before hopping over to the espresso machine behind the counter. I am no coffee connoisseur, but every drink they have served up has been excellent.   

It’s a small shop with Wi-Fi as well as a few comfortable seats and tables where you can relax or get some work done. I haven’t ventured beyond the coffee yet, but their menu includes a range of teas, baked goods, and no-sugar-added smoothies and juice blends that I plan on trying next time.

Monday through Friday, they are open from 5:30 AM – 5:00 PM, and their drive-through makes your early morning coffee run as convenient as can be. Saturday hours are 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM, and Sunday hours are 8 AM – 12 PM.
